Update v2.0.0

It has come to my attention that the old export method had some flaws that would prevent it from importing correctly under certain circumstances. Therefore, I have done a complete rewrite of the software and I am pleased to announce that it now exports tres files with the TileSet texture embedded in them. This not only works more reliably, but is also much more convenient.

I have also adjusted the naming scheme of the release files to be more consistent and simpler to understand.
